Condo Rules: - One member of the party has to be 21 years or older to rent - Minimum stay is 3 nights - NO unregistered guests allowed - NO pets allowed - There shall not be any smoking inside the unit and balcony. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will apply - Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. – PARKING: you can park at any of our free spot. Please return all accessories to their rightful places at the end of your stay. – Please do not rearrange our furniture. – If guests are found having a party without host permission, the guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - The owner is not responsible or liable for injury to guests during your stay - Failure to comply with basic norms of peaceful, respectful behavior could result in termination of stay without refund. Guest and/or their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the condo for any immoral or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law or ordnance. Any reported disturbance from legal authorities could be cause for complete forfeit of security/damage deposit. Loud music and other disruptive noises are not permitted.
